Privacy Notice

What we collect

For your account: your email address (the only required item) and whatever profile details you choose to add — first and last name, company, job title, phone, address — a salted hash of your password (never the password), and the agreements you accepted with their timestamps. For security: sign-ins, failed attempts, password and email changes, and administrative actions, stored with a hashed network address and browser description.

What we do not collect

Your project files, schedules, drawings, and the values you type into calculators are processed in your browser and do not reach our servers, with one exception you control: pressing Save on a Members tool or a saved calculation sends that input (never the result) to your account — see "What you can choose to store" below. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media scripts.

Feedback you send

Ratings, comments, and suggestions you submit are stored with the tool name, the date, a daily visitor hash (never your network address), country, and device class — and with your account only if you were signed in. They are read by us and never shown to other visitors; your browser keeps a copy of your own so you can see what you sent.

What you can choose to store

Members tools offer a Save button. Nothing is stored unless you press it. What is saved is the schedule you loaded (your input, not the results), under your account only, encrypted at rest, with a per-account cap. You can rename, replace, or delete a saved schedule at any time, and every saved schedule is deleted with your account.

Usage statistics

We count tool usage (for example, that a file was converted and how large it was) to understand what is useful and to report aggregated, de-identified statistics. Visitors who are not signed in are counted with a daily rotating hash that cannot identify them across days.

How we use your information

To operate your account, secure it, respond to you, and improve the tools. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Aggregated statistics may support sponsorships or sponsored content that never include personal data.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare's platform, encrypted in transit and at rest. Emails about your account are sent through Cloudflare Email Service.

Your choices

You can change your email and password, sign out other devices, and delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your account, sessions, agreements, and security history. You may request an export of your data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Security events are kept for 13 months. Usage counts are kept in aggregate.
