Privacy Notice

What we collect

For your account: your name, email address, optional company, a salted hash of your password (never the password), and the agreements you accepted with their timestamps. For security: sign-ins, failed attempts, password and email changes, and administrative actions, stored with a hashed network address and browser description.

What we do not collect

Your project files, schedules, drawings, or the values you type into calculators never reach our servers — tools run in your browser. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media scripts.

Usage statistics

We count tool usage (for example, that a file was converted and how large it was) to understand what is useful and to report aggregated, de-identified statistics. Visitors who are not signed in are counted with a daily rotating hash that cannot identify them across days.

How we use your information

To operate your account, secure it, respond to you, and improve the tools. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Aggregated statistics may support sponsorships or sponsored content that never include personal data.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare's platform, encrypted in transit and at rest. Emails about your account are sent through Cloudflare Email Service.

Your choices

You can change your email and password, sign out other devices, and delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your account, sessions, agreements, and security history. You may request an export of your data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Security events are kept for 13 months. Usage counts are kept in aggregate.
